After her long soak in the Zora pools, she and her father had been escorted to a small house reserved for Hylian visitors--one that had not seen use in over a decade due to lack of Hylian commerce and visitors. The patch of moss she plucked from before was her only source of light aside from the cenote’s sparse sunlight. They would have to act fast. If the sun started going down, visibility would only further diminish. In a network of caves full of water, Aria knew not what could be lurking further in the depths, and had a feeling that the Octorok was only a taste of things to come. The light of her moss fell on the floor of the pool and she actually recoiled at what resided there. It looked like a flower, but if it was made of some kind of fleshy substance with wormlike tentacles in place of flowers. The water around it was steadily turning a familiar and toxic shade of purple, leaving Aria to conclude that this thing was what poisoned the pool. Turning her gaze upward, she saw a patch of bluish-green light–the same shade that she saw in the cave with her father. Thya saw it too and swam towards it. In time, both their heads actually broke the surface. After taking several breaths of cool air, Aria commented in relief, “Good to know there’s air in places. I was worried for a moment.” “As was I, Aria.” Thya agreed, then reached up and took a handful of the moss. The Future of Death Battle (and Arena)

As was announced on Twitter earlier today, Warner Bros announced that it will be shutting RoosterTeeth down. RWBY, Camp Camp, Red vs. Blue, and Gen: LOCK are among the many shows that will suffer under this decision. While RT's fall is one that many people saw coming, it doesn't make this ordeal any easier to watch. And seeing so many entertainers, projects, and jobs get left off on the wayside is just hard to look at. I do encourage you to archive and download what you can. We do NOT want a repeat of what happened to Machinima not too long ago--tldr; entire website went down and it took almost two decades' worth of content into the void with it, never to be seen again. (hate the heads of RT, not the artists whose only crime was doing their job) All of this applies to Death Battle, a mainstay of RT's since they merged w/ScrewAttack and one of their biggest draws for years. What does all this mean for Death Battle Arena going forward? ...I don't know. DB's future is uncertain. I'll

threstic told me you don't think I'm able to make images for my Arena bios. You're right, but it's not because I use mobile, I do have a laptop, I'm just worthless at it, I have no idea how to make those kinds of images and I feel a bit weird about asking other people to do it for me. It's the same with rival cutscenes, and other Story Mode stuff, I just really struggle to figure that out so I don't bother and just focus on what I'm actually good at, y'know?

Now if someone offers to make images for me and help me with the story stuff, I'll probably incorporate them, but I think my movesets and quotes are adequate at the very least, you might get a kick out of them if you do decide to look more into the bios I've made. Who knows? Maybe you'd have some good criticisms and/or alternate paths I could take for a few things if it's a character you're familiar with.

I think I have a better idea for Arena if Death Battle's crew has to start all over with a new name. So, basically, instead of just completely severing all the characters that you made Arena bios for and making a new project that's just more of the same anyway, maybe you could count every character from the Death Battle era as the base, default roster that players start the game with, and everything that comes after that comes in DLC passes. [I know that's not realistic, but neither is this whole game, so does it really matter?] You could even name the passes after the new show. Like, say they make a show called Death Fight, you could call these DLC passes the Fight Pass for example.

I just think it's a good way to work around the whole mess and avoid the fact that we'd likely end up having... say... Xehanort and no Sora, Scarecrow and no Batman, Iceman and no Wolverine or Magneto, that kind of thing.
