Ah, why not? I got a few good ideas to spare for pop-culture-based Grail War servants.

Hisako by Dimension-Dino
Hisako:
Title: The Eternal Child
Class: Berserker
Other Qualifying Classes: Lancer, Assassin
Relic: A Japanese doll dating back to the 16th century

Parameters:
Strength: C/B
Endurance: B/A
Agility: A/A++
Mana: C
Luck: D
N. Phantasm: C+/B+

Class Skills:
Mad Enhancement
C: Rank up for all parameters except for Mana and Luck, but can no longer think and speak properly.

Personal Skills:

Body Distortion: Possessing abnormal levels of physical flexibility, allowing for otherwise-impossible maneuvers.
B: Hisako can bend backward, almost completely in half, and crawl around on the ground like a spider.

Fearsome Mien: The ability to cause fear.
A+: Merely mentioning the servant's name is enough to make people nervous, even ones who have seen fierce and brutal battle in the past.

Battle Continuation: The strength of vitality for predicaments. Also, the ability to withdraw from combat and reach allied territory alive after being defeated.
C+: Can take a lot more punishment than most servants and seems unable to feel pain, likely from her undead nature, but grievous injuries can wear her down and kill her.

Spectral Body: Having a body that walks the line between alive and dead.
A: Hisako was reborn as an onryo and can actually shift into a ghostly form for brief periods of time, allowing her to teleport short distances and even possess enemies for five seconds. Other abilities include traveling through shadows, using forces to draw enemies closer, and phasing through solid objects that aren't magical in nature. Performing them requires some concentration and they will stop working if she's stunned or intercepted mid-use.

Noble Phantasm:
Kazoku no Naginata: Glaive of the Fallen Father
Anti-Unit C+
The naginata owned by her samurai father, who was slain by invaders, Hisako took the polearm for herself and, in her fury, cut down many invaders before she herself was slain. The naginata can channel mana and Hisako's own spectral energies to enhance its cuts and strikes, but also gives her a slight amount of insight, allowing her to swap out a direct attack for a counter-strike by "flickering". This feature cannot be spammed, though, and requires a certain amount of mana to execute, the amount increasing slightly with each use.

Shinzoku no Ikari: One-Hundred Vengeful Ghosts
Support B+/Familiar C+
The souls of Hisako's friends, family, and fellow villagers that were mercilessly cut down by foreign invaders. These spirits have two primary functions. One is to briefly increase one of Hisako's parameters by a full rank for up to fifteen seconds (a decision up to Hisako's master), but only one stat can be increased and the master must wait until the previous stat has returned to normal before boosting another.

The second feature is that the spirits can be summoned forth as familiars armed with spears and swords with the following parameters...
Strength: B
Endurance: B
Agility: E
Mana: B
Luck: D
These phantoms number at least a hundred, are pretty difficult to kill, and cannot be renewed if they're slain by an enemy or used to boost Hisako's stat. Use of them must be monitored carefully.

Sasayaki no Mura: My Home...My World...
Anti-Army A
Strangely for a Berserker, a reality marble that takes the form of the village in which Hisako grew up, but in its current state--skeletal buildings, a mass graveyard, and spectral images of people and buildings--this is all that remains of her world. In this world, an aura of fear decreases enemy stats like Strength, Endurance, and Mana by a full rank. The vengeful souls of the village may also rush at enemies and, while they cannot physically harm entities, can distract and startle them, increasing the marble's effects on them slightly.

There are some ways to combat this Phantasm's effects. Those who possess Bravery or Eye of the Mind can resist its effects (high levels can be completely immune), but those who possess Mental Disorders (exception being Mind Pollution) are far more vulnerable to its effects.

Design Notes: Briefly considered Spinal for the role of Berserker, but decided that Hisako's backstory, appearance, and more savage combat style fit the bill better.

If any of you people have any pointers or advice to give, feel free to tell me. Still a little wet behind the ears with Servant design and knowledge on the Type-Moon world.
