Bio: After a kid named Son Goku ransacked the entire Red Ribbon Army-the most renowned military force in the world-the organization's lead scientist, Dr. Gero, set to work on building machines and weapons that could topple the Saiyan warrior. His two likeliest candidates were two teenage humans that he kidnapped and modified himself--Androids 17 and 18, who turned on and killed their creator. Initially the Z Fighters' enemy, Android 18 would undergo a change of heart after witnessing the kindness of the warriors and joined their team, even marrying Krillin and starting a family with him.

Playstyle: Android Annihilator (Rushdown/Zoner)
Android 18 is a surprise to many, for she's both very maneuverable and is vicious up-close, but also has fearsome Zoning capabilities. If played right, she can end fights very quickly and leave very little room for counter. This all comes down to skill, however, for her learning curve can be steep. It's all too easy to play into one over the other or get lost in which method would work better in a match.

Normals:
Standing Light Punch: Jabs forward and can combo into up to three hits.
Standing Medium Punch: Rams forward with her elbow and can follow up into a hard karate chop.
Standing Heavy Punch: An uppercut that can follow into a downward overhead punch.
Standing Light Kick: Swings low at the opponent's legs with the toe of her boot.
Standing Medium Kick: Hops in the air to perform a spin-kick.
Standing Heavy Kick: Drives her heel into the opponent’s chest with a back-kick.
Air Light Punch: Does a jab at a downward angle.
Air Medium Punch: Uppercuts over her head.
Air Heavy Punch: Rams her elbow down hard, grounding airborne opponents.
Air Light Kick: Jabs her foot straight ahead.
Air Medium Kick: Twists her body to spin a kick downward.
Air Heavy Kick: Does an aerial roundhouse kick that can launch opponents backward.
Crouching Light Punch: Does a forward elbow-strike.
Crouching Medium Punch: Throws a hard punch up at an angle.
Crouching Heavy Punch: Clasps her hands together before bringing them up in a strike that knocks the opponent backward.
Crouching Light Kick: Snaps a kick up to the opponent's midsection.
Crouching Medium Kick: Sweeps her foot across the floor that can follow into a spin-kick upward w/proper timing.
Crouching Heavy Kick: Balances on a hand and performs a scissor kick.

Special Attacks:
-Armbreaker: 18 flies at the opponent and throws a powerful spin-kick to their side that sends them flying backward.

-Android Barrier: 18 sends out a dome-shaped barrier that can neutralize projectiles and damage enemies it touches. It is only temporary, though, lasting a second or so, and requires good timing to use.

-Destructo Disc: Android 18 tosses a disc of ki energy forward, the disc capable of hitting three times on successful contact.

-Android Laser: 18 fires a thin laser beam from her finger, then whips it in a cutting fashion, slashing repeatedly at a close-range opponent.

-Infinity Bullets: 18 fires a barrage of purple spears at the opponent (maximum of 8). They do little damage and pushback is minimal.

-Back Grapple: Command grab. Android 18 lashes out and, on successful contact, will do one of the following depending on button input.
LIGHT: Dump the opponent to the ground, then stomp on them.
MEDI: Bounces the opponent off the ground, then backhands them away.
HEAVY: Bounces the opponent off the ground, then flies up to kick them higher up.

Throws
FORWARD: 18 grabs the opponent's neck, slams her knee into their gut, then dumps them on the ground and stomps on them.

BACKWARD: 18 kicks the opponent in the jaw hard enough to send them in the air, then grabs them by the leg and slams them into the ground.

Super Moves:
-Energy Wave: Android 18 flies up in the air, then fires a colossal energy beam straight down, pinning the opponent under its power. Useful for pinning grounded foes or surprising airborne opponents.

-Sadistic 18: Android 18 smirks, then appears to vanish, reappearing in front of the opponent and barraging them with punches and kicks. She then uppercuts the opponent into the air, hits them with another barrage, then drives her elbow into their midsection, sending them shooting to the ground.

-Photon Strike: Gaining a yellow energy aura, 18 puts her hands forward and fires an array of energy beams that fly at the opponent from various heights and directions. While it causes massive damage, it loses some of its effectiveness if the opponent teleports or blocks in midair.


FATALITIES:
-Losing Your Head: Android 18 jumps in the air, then slams a kick into the opponent's neck, severing their head and sending it tumbling across the ground. While the head appears to be screaming silently, Android 18 walks over, then props her foot on the side of the head. She then applies pressure and smashes it to pieces, flecks of blood flying up and splattering on her face.

-From the Hubby: Android 18 forms a Destructo Disc in her hand, then slams it down on top of the opponent's head, dragging it down all the way past their hip, blood spewing everywhere as it goes further and further down. When it drags down completely, Android 18 dissipates the disc and the opponent's halves fall down.

FRIENDSHIP: Mama 18's Storytime
A little girl shouts "Mommy!" and Maron rushes into the ring, Android 18 laughing as she sweeps her daughter into her arms, then carries her to a conveniently-placed rocking chair. Taking a seat and making sure Maron is comfortable, she takes a child’s storybook, opens it and reads her daughter through it, occasionally turning pages and pointing out the pictures.


Intro: Android 18 lowers to the ground, then pops her knuckles and smirks at the opponent before taking a combat pose.

Outro: Android 18 runs a hand through her hair, then shakes her head disapprovingly before casting a smug grin at the camera.

Prologue: A seasoned fighter and competitor in the Budokai Tournament, Android 18 grew tired after a long time as a stay-at-home mom. Wanting a little action in her life, 18 had a chance to get back in shape when a portal appeared outside the residence. Seeing Goku and Vegeta enter similar portals, 18 took off into its depths and left Maron in the care of her husband, Krillin. On her arrival, new and alien sights awaited. Confident in her abilities, she was curious to see just how powerful they could be.


Rival Cutscene:
(Android 18 stands atop a mountain on a barren wasteland, planets visible in the sky. She looks disappointed.)

Android 18: And here I was thinking this world would offer serious competition. Everyone so far has broken so easily.

(Android 18's eye suddenly falls on something in the distance. A smile actually forms on her face, indicating that she recognized them.)

Android 18: Hm? Well...at least I know this is someone I can beat.

(Taking off with the force of a rocket, 18 flies right at her opponent and lands a kick in their midsection with enough force to send them tumbling backward. As they hit a plateau's side with a "crash", 18 follows up with a charge that misses, kicking up a cloud of dust on impact. The cloud settles to reveal it's none other than Carol Danvers, aka "Captain Marvel".)

Captain Marvel: You again!

Android 18: It was only a matter of time, "Captain". Miss me?

Captain Marvel: Can't say I did.

Android 18: Tell me, have you gotten strong enough to actually beat me this time?

Captain Marvel: Why don't you come see for yourself?

Android 18: Hmph. Challenge accepted.

(Android 18 flies forward at high speed, throwing a haymaker that Marvel ducks under. She throws a follow-up kick that the heroine catches, then spins her around and tosses back into the plateau with a "crash". Android 18 flies back out and both throw a series of blinding-fast punches and kicks that all collide with each other. Both fly back, tense for combat.)

Android 18: Running out of steam already? I'm afraid I have power to spare.

Captain Marvel: You're joking, right? (lights hands up with cosmic energy) I'm just getting warmed up!

Android 18: That's nice. (gathers ki in her palm) How long can you keep going?

(Captain Marvel's whole body lights up with energy and she takes off like a rocket. Android 18 does the same, both seeming ready to collide.)

(Fade to black.)


Ending: On an alternate Earth, mankind was on its last knees at the hands of the mechanical uprising. Defeat seemed near...until the machines were done in by one similar to them, only using technology and power beyond their comprehension. In just a few days, the robotic overlords were almost completely wiped out. What was surprising, however, was the appearance of their savior--an attractive, blonde woman that had one hell of a punch. Android 18 could only shrug, asking if THESE weak machines were truly capable of mankind's near-extinction.
