Bio: The illegitimate son of a Japanese crime lord and born a mutant with special abilities, Keniuchiro Harada was frowned upon for most of his life. After his father's death, he sought to obtain rightful inheritance of the Yashida Clan only to be stopped by his own sister. Refusing to accept defeat, he challenged his sister to a duel and won, only to watch her die by assassination. His leadership came and went, but he remained a ruthless mercenary and a deadly adversary to anyone he faces, even the Wolverine.

Tachyon Takedown (Swordfighter/All-Rounder)
Silver Samurai embraces the way of the sword, per his bushido code, but thanks to his manipulation of tachyon energy, he can add features to his strikes that many don't expect from traditional swordfighters. Aside from a mild surprise factor, his moveset is fairly-basic with some mix-up potential thrown in being an exception.

Standing Light Punch: A shallow slash horizontally.
Standing Medium Punch: Slashes diagonally and downward.
Standing Heavy Punch: Coats his sword in tachyon and slashes down hard.
Standing Light Kick: A fast kick to the opponent's legs.
Standing Medium Kick: A high side-kick.
Standing Heavy Kick: Spins into a back-kick that pushes the opponent back.
Air Light Punch: Slashes forward vertically.
Air Medium Punch: Slashes upward over his head.
Air Heavy Punch: Engulfs his blade in tachyon energy and swings down in an overhead chop.
Air Light Kick: A kick forward, karate-style.
Air Medium Kick: Twists to throw a stronger, farther-reaching side-kick.

Crouching Light Punch: Stabs down-low below standing guards.

Crouching Heavy Kick: Turns on his foot to kick high at the opponent's head.

Special Attacks:
-Hyakuretsutou: Silver Samurai slashes repeatedly with his sword as long as the player keeps mashing the attack button.

-Tachyon Wave: Silver Samurai slashes with his katana, creating a wave of energy that flies at the opponent. Close-range opponents will be hit by both the swing and the wave.

-Tachyon Field: Silver Samurai plunges the tip of his katana into the ground, creating a small wave of energy that can push opponents back.

-Tachyon Arc: Silver Samurai springs in an arch and swings his katana downward.
*Tachyon Rising Strike: Follow-up to tachyon Arc. Silver Samurai has the option to swing upward upon finishing his downward-strike.

-Teleport Ring: Silver Samurai touches the ring on his finger and vanishes, reappearing behind his opponent, with the difference between them varying depending on the button used.
*Vanishing Swipe: Follow-up to Teleport Ring. Silver Samurai slashes with his katana upon reappearing, swinging either high, low, or middle-line.

-Diving Chop: Midair move, Silver Samurai falls straight down, blade coated in tachyon energy to damage opponents right below him.

Throws
FORWARD: Silver Samurai hits the opponent in the face with the pommel of his blade, then swings down with his blade, causing them to crumple.

BACKWARD: Silver Samurai dashes behind the opponent, then hacks at their back with his katana.

Super Moves:
-Arekuru Hakai-ha: Silver Samurai holds his blade up, point-down, then slams the point down on the ground. A shockwave of crackling energy surges through the ground around him, heavily damaging an opponent who isn't guarding in its effective range.

-Gin Iaijutsu: Silver Samurai sheathes his sword and stands ready to attack for a split-second. If he's attacked in this state, he will lash out with his blade and dash forward, appearing to go right through them. The enemy is instantly struck with heavy damage and they collapse to the ground as Silver Samurai straightens up with his back to them.


FATALITIES:
-Shi o Kaku: Silver Samurai sheathes his blade, then suddenly pulls it from its sheathe, the opponent screaming in agony, not appearing scratched. Silver Samurai flicks blood off his blade and sheathes it just as the opponent's hands fall off, then their head, and finally their upper body. Their legs wobble a bit, then fall over.

-Shi no Shokyo: Silver Samurai plunges the tip of his katana into the opponent's chest, then coats it in tachyon energy, causing the opponent to scream as the energy begins coursing through their body. When the energy engulfs them, they explode in a spray of blood and charred flesh. Silver Samurai sheathes his blade, then turns his back on the carnage.

FRIENDSHIP: Song of the Rising Sun
Silver Samurai teleports away, then reappears with two other people, both wearing black robes and white headbands. He gives both of them a command as a taiko drum appears before him. One person takes a shamisen in hand and strums it rapidly while the other plays a shinobue flute, all while Silver Samurai drums the taiko in a fast, energetic fashion. At the climax of their melody, all three raise their hands in the air as a Kabuki "Yooooo!" rings through the air.


Intro: Silver Samurai is seen kneeling, then he stands and draws his katana, energy gathering around the blade.

Outro: Silver Samurai points his blade at the downed opponent, then sheathes it and turns away in disdain.

Prologue: The Silver Samurai--crime lord and mercenary with a fearsome reputation, yet not even he could have foreseen what was to happen in the blink of an eye. Whilst on-duty dealing with lowlife scum trying to compete with his business, a wormhole opened and the legendary Shogun was caught in its pull and vanished into its dark depths. When he awoke, he found himself in a world that was both familiar and unfamiliar at the same time. Yearning to return to his world, the Silver Samurai set out in search of his way home, his blade ready to smite any who crossed him.


Rival Cutscene:
(In a Japanese courtyard, the Silver Samurai strides across a small bridge with dignity and composure. As he reaches the other side, cherry blossoms blowing through the night breeze, his attention is briefly drawn to movement in his peripheral vision.)

Silver Samurai: (mentally) I should have known...someone I remember has made it here as well. Not here, though...I need to draw him in.

(The Silver Samurai makes his way to one of the towers, swings open one of its massive doors, and crosses the threshold. Halfway across the room, he stops and, without turning, calls out to the other being.)

Silver Samurai: I know you are here, assassin. Your killing intent burns like a torch, even when you are hidden.

(A tense second of silence, then the assassin makes himself known. The Shredder drops down from his perch, landing in a crouched position, then slowly rises to his full height.)

Shredder: You have impressive senses. I should have expected no less from the Silver Samurai.

Silver Samurai: (turns to face Shredder) It is not the first time a lowly assassin sought my head, Oroku, and now you have no reason to hide from me.

Shredder: (holds up arm) Funny. (claws spring from gauntlet) You assumed that I WOULD slink off to the shadows like common vermin. Need I remind you who was bloodied last time we crossed blades?

Silver Samurai: If you feel so confident in your victory...(hand finds the hilt of his katana) then come and claim it!

(Both move suddenly, Silver Samurai drawing his katana to meet the claws of Shredder in a shower of sparks. Eyes lock behind their respective masks before they spring apart and swing at each other repeatedly. As soon as they stop to spring back, parts of the support pillars fall apart from clean cuts. Both stand at the ready, respective blades poised to swing, and ready to start a whole new fight.)

(Fade to black.)


Ending: Returning from his victory, the Silver Samurai gained a newfound reputation among swordsmen as "the man who could cut through anything". As such, challengers who also took up the way of the sword sought out the Silver Shogunate and challenged him. While at first, competition was easy due to Keniuchiro's mutant abilities, others came as a surprise to him--those that bore seemingly-indestructible blades. NOW, Silver Samurai found a new joy in his duels.
